Return and Cancellation

Refunds & Returns

Now you have received your desired jewellery, you have 30 days to approve your jewellery in the comfort of your home. We are confident that you will love it but if you think you need to return the jewellery, please ensure items are returned as sent, with all packaging and tags attached. Jewellery must be unworn or modified.

Your normal statutory rights are not affected. Any jewellery sent back to us will be subject to assessment before any refunds can be processed.

If an item is cheaper than when you purchased it we will not allow you to return the jewellery and re-order the same item within 30 days. We are happy to discuss any queries regarding this with you.

Please Note: In cases of dispute we send items for an independent opinion.

An important note about jewellery to be returned:

We are happy to accept returns on Ladies’ Rings between the sizes of J and Q and Men’s Rings and between the sizes of R and W. For rings outside of these sizes we cannot accept them back as they have been especially sized for your order.

Where we alter a ring to your specifications or commission a ring to be made bespoke to your requirements (for example Eternity Rings and Wedding Bands), these items of jewellery will become non-refundable. We will always notify you of this before we confirm your order and before we take full payment.

Please note that on rings larger than a size Q or smaller than a size J, the actual widths quoted can vary.

Please contact us before you send back the jewellery so we can notify you of how to return the item back to us.
